Our story
Since launching in 2013, CareerAddict has had but one mission: to propel professionals on their path to career success.
What started as the blog section of an early project, CareerAddict has quickly become one of the leading online career resources in the world today, providing 14 million annual readers with the expert advice, industry insider knowledge and state-of-the-art tools they need to start and advance their careers.

July 2013
We launch
CareerAddict
CareerAddict started as the blog section of one of our very early projects in 2010 and, following a restructure, was launched as a standalone site three years later. Our vision of a comprehensive, all-in-one career resource was put into motion.
April 2016
We introduce our
résumé writing service
In late 2015, we started planning the expansion of CareerAddict and soon after launched our professional résumé service, which has helped hundreds of clients from all over the world successfully apply for and secure their dream jobs.
June 2016
Our Facebook page
surpasses 1 million followers
Since the beginning, we focused our social media marketing efforts primarily on Facebook, and by 2016 had earned 1 million followers. Today, we boast a large following across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter and YouTube.
September 2016
We launch the
CareerAddict job board
Our next product release was our state-of-the-art job board, CareerAddict Jobs. Boasting a comprehensive suite of features, CareerAddict Jobs is designed to connect jobseekers with employers both locally and internationally.

Chris joined the CareerAddict team in 2014 and currently oversees our content strategy and editorial operations. He regularly writes about CVs, career development and recruitment, and is currently working towards becoming a certified career coach.
