Assistant Site Manager / Site Manager

Full Time | Monday to Friday

Ongoing, Long Term Contract

£250 per day

Search Consultancy are excited to be working in partnership with a National Contractor who have been specialising in Construction & Refurbishment projects for the Public & Private Sector for the last 50 years.

Due to an increased workload on a Healthcare Contract, they are now looking to add an additional Site Manager to their operational team. This role would be perfect for someone who is currently working as an Assistant Site Manager looking to progress or a Site Manager who is keen to develop further through the mentorship and coaching of experienced Project Managers.

About the Role;

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be part of a site management team working on an extensive refurbishment project which comprises structural, internal and external works.

The works are ongoing and for the right person there is also the potential to join the business on a permanent basis.

About You;

We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals who are passionate about standards when it comes to quality & health & safety.
You will have proven experience of working in Live environments, specifically Healthcare on behalf of a Principal Contractor.
You will have the opportunity to have autonomy and manage your own section of works so we require people who are independent and accountable.
Excellent IT skills are essential within this role and the ability to produce comprehensive reports.
You must have either a trades background or a degree in construction management.
SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid, Asbestos Awareness are also required.

Due to the environment of this contract, candidates must be aware than random drug & alcohol testing will take place on site.
