Design and develop compelling gameplay mechanics and systems that align with the overall vision of the product.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including artists, engineers, and producers to ensure seamless integration of gameplay features.

Create and iterate on gameplay prototypes, ensuring they meet both creative and technical requirements.

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior gameplay designers, sharing best practices and driving excellence in design.

Conduct gameplay analysis and user testing to gather insights, identify areas for improvement, and refine gameplay experiences.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in gaming and telecommunications, and apply that knowledge to enhance the gameplay experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define gameplay goals, balancing player engagement, business objectives, and technical constraints.2


Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Gameplay Designer in the gaming industry.

Strong expertise in designing and developing gameplay systems for both single-player and multiplayer experiences.

Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language, such as C# or Python.

Excellent understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement strategies.

Deep knowledge of current trends and best practices in game design and user experience.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
