This is a relationship focused sales position; the harder you work, the more results you will see.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistent contributor to new business development opportunities by considering and applying all routes of prospecting and lead generation strategizing market and commercial decision making

Develop personal relationships with existing clients to yield repeat business for you and your team

Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various job roles within client organizations.

Identify prospective candidates – via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking

Prep candidates for interviews with client companies – review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews

Contact candidates post-interview – recap interview, provide next steps

Design and implement creative sourcing strategies and grow and maintain an accessible network and pipeline of qualified, external candidates

Provide exceptional candidate experiences throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offer

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their ongoing staffing requirements and providing exceptional account management.

Requirements

Do you have the following?

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. The core of your day is going to be spent communicating.

Experience handling objections, generating leads, negotiating contracts, pitching new and business development (all required)

Bachelor’s Degree

1+ years of staffing agency experience

3+ years of account management/recruiting experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Bilingual – Preference

ONSITE – Located in Bay Area San Jose Office

We as a company are NOT looking to relocate individuals to America or San Jose at this moment.

Base Salary 60K – 80K DOE + uncapped commission potential.
